The vision of MSPARLEARNING is capacity building of the unemployed youth and to deliver quality skill training leading to meaningful employment. Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of a country. In rapidly growing economies like India with a vast and ever-increasing population, there is a severe shortage of highly-trained, quality skilled resources, while on the other; large sections of the population possess little or no job skills. The need of the hour is a sustainable platform to hone the skills of students and provide the support each individual needs to grow. A well defined solution is the establishment of Skill Development Centers.

Who we are

MSPAR Learning Solutions Private Ltd is an established Knowledge Partner for various skill development agencies/ PIAs and have implemented such projects in Himachal Pradesh and other states as infrastructure provider, Mobilization, placement and management consultant. Till date we provided our service for training of more than 2500 trainees and most of these trained students are well placed with PSU’s and Private sector at sustainable pay packages. We have unique capability of motivating candidates for premier jobs in Private and Public sector through our connect and MOU’s with the industry as their manpower engagement partners. We only train students for the domains which are in demand and have a dynamic mechanism for aspirational job role and placement of trained candidates in Industry and PSU’s.

What we do

Marketing & Branding Activities

We conduct awareness building activities at the ward, block, and village council levels to attract the attention of potential trainees. Following are some activities we have done as part of awareness building

  • Educating the community through various stakeholder consultations like Gram Pradhan
  • Reaching out to target beneficiaries through various information, education, and communication activities
  • Marketing campaign through extensive use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Media marketing such as print, radio and television, among others
  • Actively involving the local community in planning for various activities and initiatives
